Resin Bound Surfacing is a mixture of resin and aggregate. When mixed together and trowel applied to the surface makes a lovely smooth surface which is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The resin surface is durable, and is also permeable so rain water can disperse; built to building regulations. The surface is ideal for driveways, paths and patios.

The beauty of resin bound is that it can be applied to most surfaces so may not require digging up an existing driveway. Concrete and tarmac driveways are the ideal surfaces for resin to be applied. Preparation is the key, any existing surface that is suitable will be cleaned, any cracks etc. may be repaired before the resin can be applied.

Block pave edgings may be used and there are choices of the colour of the aggregate and the edgings.

Any drain covers can be incorporated into the design, while allowing for access.

Tarmacadam (also known as tarmac, which is the product), is renown as being a durable, strong and long lasting material/product.

Traditional colours of red or black is available with a choice of edgings, kerb stones or block paving make ideal edgings. These support the tarmac material and a choice of colours, sizes and designs can be used to compliment or contrast the tarmacadam.

Drainage channels can be installed, if needed.

Tarmacadam can be repaired, resealed and resurfaced.

A little maintenance is required after the turf is laid, such as watering the lawn daily for 2-3 weeks and try to avoid walking on the newly laid turf for at least 3 weeks. This is only to ensure the turf becomes established.
